   17 etc has always been a winner…..in 1968 he won a lottery that enabled him to take an all expenses paid overseas trip for eight months. The trip promised and delivered life changing experiences with an opportunity for attitudinal improvement. In Robert’s case it appears to have come up a bit short in the latter.
